Widows Sons of Florida motorcyclists riding together

The Widows Sons of Florida welcome Florida Master Masons, Fellow Crafts, and Entered Apprentices who share our love of riding and brotherhood.

To become a member, you must:

  • Be a Florida Mason in good standing — Entered Apprentice (EA), Fellow Craft (FC), or Master Mason (MM)
  • Own and operate a running motorcycle of 500cc or greater
  • Complete and submit a Petition for Membership to your local chapter

Entered Apprentices and Fellow Crafts are encouraged to ride and take part in chapter activities but are not eligible for full patching until they’ve been raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason.

Not yet a Mason? We can help connect you with a lodge and guide you through the process of becoming one. Bringing good men into the Craft is part of who we are.

If you meet the requirements — or want to learn more about starting your Masonic journey — fill out the form below. A chapter near you will reach out to help you get started.

Starting a New Chapter — Charter Petition

Before you submit a Charter Petition, confirm all three are true:

1. You’re a Master Mason in good standing in the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Florida.

2. You have 3 or more Master Mason brothers ready to charter the chapter with you.

3. Every member on the petition is a Master Mason in good standing (GL of FL), owns a motorcycle 500cc or greater, and holds a valid Florida driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement.

Only submit a petition if all three are true — petitions that don’t meet these won’t move forward.

How to Petition

  1. Download the Charter Petition form below.
  2. Fill it out completely, including the member/lodge list on page 2.
  3. Attach the completed PDF using the upload field in the form below.
